THE 2 GEN DWELLING
This house was designed to accommodate 2 families. The spaces within are well integrated to encourage interaction and yet maintain the privacy 2 families.
THE HYBRID HOUSE
The Hybrid house is truly a sustainable and stylish house. The house is constructed of Concrete at the 1st storey and lightweight metal on the upper floors to save weight and time.
THE LANTERN
This Dwelling is beautifully crafted to become the show piece for the owner where they entertains his friends and family.
THE FAMILY HOUSE
Nestled in the GCBs area, this house was designed with deep cultural heritage of the owners.
PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE
UNDERPASS
The Underpass's Design made sure to provide easy and practical access to all pedestrian while maintaining a regal and majestic feel.
THE LINKWAY
The linkway project was designed with a modern, clean look that is both practical and inspirational. The journey offers a unique and enjoyable experience suited to every visitor, no matter their age.
The Architect
AR. TAN YING LOONG
Ar. Tan graduated from RMIT (Aus) in 2004.  After graduating he worked at SAA Architects for about about 1.5 years. After which he took a year off to travel the world to explore the different cultures and architecture.
He started work at BDL Group Architects in August 2007 as Assistant Architect handling predominantly residential house and conservation shop houses.
In 2014, he registered with Board of Architects as an Architect.
He has since been practicing as an architect at TYL CONSULTING. He brilliantly balances designs between practical functionality and sheer beauty.
